Ms. Nguyen Phuong An graduated from the University of Bordeaux, France, with a master's degree in international and comparative business law. She is working and doing research at HCM University of Law's Faculty of International Law. She took on the task of instructing students in areas of international law expertise, including public international law, international investment law, and the law of the sea. She worked as a research fellow in 2017 at the University of Lausanne's Faculty of Law and the Centre of Comparative, European, and International Law in Switzerland. The Henri Capitant Association of Friends of French Legal Culture, Vietnam section, accepts her membership in 2023.
